Jun 11, 2013 · Just throwing this out there because im actually doing it right now. 3 weeks in. You only "powerbuild" on the chest,back, and leg days. Arms and shoulders you hit with yoru own workout. Its a 5 day a week program, Great frequency and 7 sets of 2-4 is not overkill. It hits it with enough volume and weight to grow and gain power.
